Order Overview in Email from Seznam

Seznam.cz is introducing a new feature for e‑mail users – a convenient overview of online purchases.
This allows users to easily see when to expect a courier or where to pick up their delivered package.

Simply add structured data to your transactional e‑mails, and your store will be included as well.
Increase your brand visibility and enhance your customers' experience, making it easier for them to return to your shop.

Why Use Structured Data?

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to display my logo?

Your store’s logo and additional details are displayed completely free of charge. Simply include the correct structured data in all transactional e‑mails related to orders.

Do I need to register or request approval?

No registration or approval is required. If your order-related e‑mails contain structured data in the correct format, they will automatically start being processed into the overview.

Will my customers still receive my e‑mails?

Yes, e‑mails continue to arrive in the folders where customers are used to finding them, and they can interact with them in the same way. The structured data for the order overview is extracted from e‑mail metadata, but the actual messages remain unchanged.

Orders from my store don’t appear in the mailbox

If the validator processes your order correctly, it means the data structure is fine. However, production mailboxes have anti-abuse protection mechanisms that may prevent an order from being processed. These checks are similar to spam filters and take into account, for example, proper DNS record configuration or domain reputation. For this reason, orders from test or unwarmed domains, and from domains with low reputation or incorrectly configured authentication, are not processed.

What are the future plans for structured data?

In the future, we aim to bring the order overview feature to the Seznam.cz mobile app and homepage. We also plan to support additional structured data types, such as tickets, travel passes, and discount coupons.
