Seznam.cz is introducing a new feature for e‑mail users – a convenient overview of online purchases.
This allows users to easily see when to expect a courier or where to pick up their delivered package.
Simply add structured data to your transactional e‑mails, and your store will be included as well.
Increase your brand visibility and enhance your customers' experience, making it easier for them to return to your shop.
Your store’s logo and name will be displayed with each order, reinforcing customer trust in your brand and increasing engagement.
Structured data helps classify messages correctly, ensuring that your transactional e‑mails don’t end up in the Bulk folder.
With a single click, customers can access their purchase details on your e‑shop from the order overview, making it easier to place a new order or browse additional products.
Related e‑mails, such as invoices or customer service contacts, are easily accessible directly from the order overview, helping customers quickly find important information.
Your store’s logo and additional details are displayed completely free of charge. Simply include the correct structured data in all transactional e‑mails related to orders.
No registration or approval is required. As long as your order-related e‑mails contain structured data in the correct format, they will be automatically processed into the order overview once the feature is live. You can add structured data at any time—before or after the feature’s release. If you’d like to test your data structure in advance, please contact us at dotazy@schema.seznam.cz.
Yes, your customers will continue to receive your e‑mails as usual and can interact with them in the same way. The structured data for the order overview is extracted from e‑mail metadata, but the actual messages remain unchanged.
In the future, we aim to bring the order overview feature to the Seznam.cz mobile app and homepage. We also plan to support additional structured data types, such as tickets, travel passes, and discount coupons.
Email.cz now supports structured data in the schema.org format to recognize and update orders. When an e‑mail containing the required parameters arrives in the inbox, it is displayed in the customer's order overview.
Modify the HTML MIME part of your e‑mails using JSON-LD or Microdata to enhance the shopping experience for your customers. You can find the implementation guide at: schema.seznam.cz/en/orders/docs.
